Our beef is pasture raised and pasture finished, certified organic and dry aged a minimum of 14 days. Our steaks are cut 1 to 1 ¼ inch thick then individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Our Soup Bones are cut 1 inch thick, then individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. The soup bones average 9 - 14 ounces per package.
