Our beef is pasture raised and pasture finished, certified organic and dry aged a minimum of 14 days. Our steaks are cut 1 to 1 ¼ inch thick then individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Our T-Bone is wonderful, smaller by weight than our Porterhouse, however still a leading premium steak. The individual unit weights of the cuts vary and will range between 14 and 16 ounces.
