Our beef is pasture raised and pasture finished, certified organic and dry aged a minimum of 14 days. Our steaks are cut 1 to 1 ¼ inch thick then individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.

Our Porterhouse is an amazing steak, cut thick to preserve the natural flavor of the meat.

The individual unit weights of the cuts vary and will range between 14 and 16 ounces.
