Our cattle are personally pasture raised and pasture finished, and we exceed USDA Organic standards for our cattle. The cut and marbling of our beef is wonderful and guaranteed to be free of toxins. Our beef is dry aged a minimum of 14 days. The Flank Steaks are 10-12 oz and are individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
