“Just cooked one of the Top Sirloins we got from you. It turned out delicious! We did the ‘Stove Top Steak’. Used a Montreal Rub, a little olive oil, basted with butter and some Leah and Perrin. Cooked medium rare. Cooked medium high for the sear then basted on low heat, pulled off the heat and let sit for about 10 minutes in the pan, then sliced up and it was scrumptious!
